For those of you unfamiliar with diving goggles, you CAN'T actually breathe in them. They suction to your face within one breathe (how they keep the water out). She is pushing the mask to her face because she cannot get to her nose to hold it. A natural reaction to feeling a deep need to breathe when you are underwater. She is actually holding her breath. I can vouch because I've done this, in THAT tank. my static time is 4:45. And 3:50 in open ocean at 30 foot depth.

Surprising how tough this beautiful angel really is. She glides through the first three minutes like a dream. from then on she fights all the way and is almost killing herself at 3.30, she seems scared at 3.40. Pity she doesn´t make the 4.00. She would certainly have earned it. Other breath holders have better training but for pure courage and determination this one beats them all. I hope she gets to read this some time because I adore her!

i got 6:45 but i almost went unconcious and basicly lost all my centered vision for 1 hour and was disoriented for a couple days, and u do this by realaxin and having the guts to risk dying or something ( most likely passing out ( if above water) and if u pass out under with self cam u die) and dont EVER do this without having someone that can perform CPR there and some who is strong enough to pull u out of the tank, and maybe some1 to dial 911, and the mask gives id say maybe 10-15 seconds air
