  • real shit

  • Your hat is way to big

  • What midi controller is that behind you?

  • What wayne said was extremely ignorant because everything he said contradicts with everything he does...but you...you said it how it was supposed to be said.

  • What can ascap do for me and how do i join

  • Real Shit Bruh EveryThing U Said Was On Point

  • Modern day hip hop suffers from "COOKIE CUTTER SYNDROME" everybody doing the same thing. There is no new innovation in the commercial market of Hip-hop/rap. The interesting thing is there are tons of talented rappers and producers out there with innovative musical ideas But as long as Industry insiders and A&R'S Have control over the direction of commercial music you would never have Individuality, originality, and musical creativity. Budgets are low these Labels are looking for hits that's it!

  • youre definitely inspiration for all producers out there....i know you motivated me to better myself....keep it up Epik!!!

  • Where can i get that beat playin in the back round WOW that shit knock!

  • U talk real shit homes

  • man i love all of your videos man, keep it up!

  • The main thing that has changed is copycats and imitators are more noticeable because the internet makes them more visible.

  • The "nowadays" notion is slightly ridiculous. There have been formats, biters and innovators at the same level for the past two decades in hip-hop. It's just that we remember the unique, talented artists after the copycats fade away.

  • Everybody who wants to make it in music needs to watch this.... Good werk

  • words of wisdom. no fanbase=no sucsess

  • hey Epik if u dont mind telling me can i ask where did u get that desk

  • @MikeMellow1 musiciansfreind dot come

  • Thanks for teaching us EPIK!! #Innovate

  • Make a video on how to make a lead vocal sound thicker without doubling it

  • A&Rs and Managers killed Hip Hop. Artists who are hungry WILL conform to the "format" if told because they want that "one chance". CEOs want the quick dollar instead of the slow fortune.

  • SAY MAN I GOT FL STUDIO 10 IM TRYING TO GET SUM MORE FREE VST HOW CAN I GO BY DOING AND ALSO THANKS FOR THT 5 STEP TO A GOOD MIX IT HELP OUT ALOT

  • Anutha gud video from epik! Keep doing your thing bra!

  • Real shit , I'm a rapper who is influenced by Nas , and J.Cole and exactly what you said is what I've done. I took their sounds because people I liked them and other people liked them and I did my own thing with it . Innovators are key in today's society , but they're a dying breed.

  • i respect the hell outta the point u were tryin to convey..salute

  • I'm glad you interpreted it right. I got the feeling people misunderstood it as well.

  • Hey I helped paint that studio..aha what up EP?

  • As an artist trying to build a fan base from the ground up by being original, I can speak to the difficulty of it. That said, once people started coming around, their loyalty has been WAY greater than it ever could''ve been if I chose to copy a trend. You definitely got it 100% right on this subject.

  • Agreed.

  • i wish i could wear a cap like this :D

  • i just need help coming up with new melodies with the same sounds or making new sounds in VST's cus i feel like after i use a sound, i cant really go back and use it again in another beat for some reason lol

  • @MaceMuzik the best way to do that is use it in a whole different way... switching the polyphony, legato, playing with the Envelopes and filtering it.. mod it

  • Dat's some Real Ninja Shit, #RealTalk

    -Kprim-

  • great video!! I could not agree more! Stop biting!

  • well said bro

  • @lYUNGl LOLOL

  • real talk one of the realest videos on youtube! stay true my dude!

  • Basically What'Chu Sayin' Is Take What You're Feeling From Someone Elses Style And Integrate It To Your Own Lane For Success Rather Than Act As A Carbon Copy #BAOW

  • I was just having this same conversation with my brother. We're living in a microwave generation where everyone doesn't want to build a base one indiviual at a time. they want overnight success but don't understand the grind.
