YongHwa really had some very bad decision making this game. Yeah, there's the mutas, but then just flooding zergling baneling? All he needed to do was remax on ultras after his first set died - the infestors had no energy.

In any case, great game by Steven - he has such great late game instincts, as well as patience. He always has such good showings against top players when he hits his broodlord/fester stride - in all matchups. Love it. <3

YongHwa was retarded. He sees lots of infestors... so he goes Mutas? Thats the reason that Destiny won. YongHwa's army composition was absolutely terrible..

@jeremytodd1 Okay so I'm pretty sure you're trolling because anyone who watched this game could tell you're wrong, but just in case:

He went mutas when Destiny had mutas, and actually had more of them (thus the early game dominance), when he saw Destiny's mass infestor, he correctly transitioned into Roach/Hydra and went Nydus. He lost the game when Destiny's Mutas killed off the main Nydus and the worm in Destiny's base before the army could unload, neutering his whole army.

@RedSunEternal I think he meant the end game mutas, which is correct. The ultras did well, lings and banelings were kinda bad, but the muta pack was the worst decision of them all in the late late game knowing Destiny's composition. We are talking about 26:10 here. You can call "that" moment luck, but those muta were bond to die one way or another without doing much damage.

A beginners tip would be: check his food. Destiny was so behind early game and never really did anything to catch up. YongHwa simply gave it away with his later army compositions. It almost seems like he just built w.e he felt like. "ULTRAS! MUTAS! BLINGS! :yaoface:"

@slbaaron This is a cheating on my part a little bit because I watched this live, and Destiny went over the replay after the game. When Destiny killed both of those Nydus, Yongwha actually lost about 100 arm supply. He went from worlds ahead to way behind INSTANTLY.

Cuz if you just watch how the food count goes and how much they're banking. Yonghwa was way ahead in eco and bank. Losing that isn't a game LOSING point, maybe game turning. As it becomes even. Just look at the ultra atk, almost killed destiny with cost INEFFICIENCY, that's not something a player that's behind can do.

Destiny is too passive a player. He'll have good macro, get ahead, win an engagement or two, defend some early harass, but then he never counters. It's like he's afraid to push aggressively, despite having a lead. This always allows his opponents to get back into the game. I think that's also why he doesn't fare so well at tournaments against other pros.

Have to take a few risks. Turtling will only get someone so far.
