You're not supposed to put the salt in with the yeast and water. Also, get a kitchen scale. All those recipes from European, Indian, Middle East websites measurements by weight. You're missing out!

I'm going to go make it now.
You prob have dif oven temperatures my oven goes up to 550 so I'm going to have to double check the 'highest temp' as I know nothing about math.
