  • I STARTED AS AN LLC THROUGH THE COMPANY CORP, THEN THE TAX CLUB OUT OF NEW YORK ADVISED ME TO UPGRADE TO AN 'S' CORPORATION TO PREVENT DOUBLE TAXATION. THEY TAKE CARE OF ALL OF THE P&L AND BALANCE SHEETS

  • @ETIENNE5129 Uhm. LLC has pass-through taxation which prevents double taxation.
