Looks like thermal overload on your stepper drivers. Is the driver hot?

@Nuaetius1 has a pretty large (1/4" wide x 4 inch tall double vane) aluminum heatsink on it with a large fan (which you can hear in the video) so its not hot.
It seems that they are all just burnt out sadly :(
