I liked this song way back then, even though it wasn't rock and it wasn't psychedelic, cause we knew pop when we heard it. Luke had a great voice, and still does unfortunately not a "rock" voice.
I remember seing them in a smaller venue than the Rockpile...David Clayton Thomas was in the audience.....was quite a show. I don't remember the club name but it was small and intimate and well suited to their music. 69 or 70 maybe
Yeah! and it comes as naturally as riding a bike! What's really amazing is that this was all captured on a little camera that's about the size of 5 packs of cigarettes! The wonders of technology.
I met Luke in 1969 (fall?) and he was between bands at the time. He left me with the impression that he was a really nice guy.

Good to see they reformed. I bought Avenue Road in 1970, with the snow all over their heads. I still listen to it.
