This is great! Those guys put on a show, they weren't a bunch of shoe gazers - just another in the long list of reasons they're the best that ever was or will be.
It's obvious to me now where Bobby Brown got his inspiration from when he created those New Jack Swing dance move for the video for "Every Little Step".
I like that shirt hes wearing when Trampled Underfoot begins. Its like the top to his Dragon Suit from The Song Remains the Same and blue jeans. I wish I had one
Page had the chops AND the moves, which is why he's an endlessly fascinating guitarist to watch. Of all the great guitarists from this era, I think he had the most dynamic and commanding stage presence. The way he moved on stage went hand in hand with his impeccable sense of rhythm as a guitarist and the intensity of the music he was playing.
I love this. Jimmy's the only guy who could pull off being hot, totally cool & nerdy at the same time. His stomping and dancing are legendary. Thanks for this! What a treat!
no way dude, where did you get the footage at 3:28 i love when zeppelin gets funky i wish they would've done more funk numbers haha is there more to that show?
@LedHeadTillDeath Just wondering how many would rather see Jim's little jigs or Robert's icky jiggles.I've always wanted to ask that question for some odd reason..... LOL. Sorry about that. I'm going with Jimmy!
This is very funny. He sure couldn't dance, but boy could he play. We love him anyway. I just think Jimmy went somewhere else during his music and got caught up in that place that only a genius understands. However, you are still missing a good move...Royal Albert, 1970 from the DVD at the very beginning of C'mon Everybody. Classic. How does he do that? Love him.
Wow! You forgot at Royal Albert Hall when he strikes his pick-guitar-playing solo at dazed and confused, his feet look like they're just floating! dancing and floating!
And also a lot of boogie moves during the full performance that started off and ended with How Many More Times at RAH...
@RobDZeppelin You should have included some clips from the Royal Albert Hall performance, he does abit of dancing it that, some of his best lol. I forgot which songs he busted a few moves on.
@RRMI6ironmaiden Ok, but that has nothing to do with what you said. You said that Led Zeppelin was around way before AC/DC and I'm saying they really were not that far apart time wise. I think a year is like 365 days long not ten years long.
@1970JimiHendrix led zepp formed in 68 and were famous from there first album acdc formed in 73 and were not famous at start 5 years is a big difference from one year and in the 70s one year is like a decade in music + as i was saying up there angus got it from jimmy cause he was already famous when he formed zeppelin
