  • MEMORY FOAM.. I have had 3 innerspring mattress do this in 3 years.. Bought the cheapest memory foam bed I could find (and half liked) and OMG... No more lumpy beds. 2 years on the same bed and OMG! Awesome!

  • wow such efforts to discredit a particular store. mattresses are warrantied by the manufacturer not by the retail store. and almost all warranties require an inch and half sag before it is covered. body impressions are like creases in the toes of ur new shoes, its going to happen. if u had a true complaint it would be with the manufacturer, but my guess is that u dont have a leg to stand on, especially if ur bed is stained which odds are it is. and i would be willing to bet u indulged on thecost

  • Ok, it is the stores responsibility to enforce the warranty however it's not their fault that the mattress is defective. Your not going to run to Best Buy and scream about a defective Sony TV, they'll laugh at you! Sleepys is just a retailer and Simmons, and Sterns & Foster are the manufacturers. And shame on you for not reading the warranty, most manufacturers require an inch and a half before they'll return the mattress. READ YOUR WARRANTIES FIRST!

  • Your mattress warranty is through the company who made the mattress. Not all mattress inspectors are created Equal for example not all dr.s are created equal some are better than others. Have the mattress inspected again by a diffferent person. you could have a different result. Good luck.

  • Hey there, it's me again. I've created another video. This one is about the toxic chemicals being used in mattress to make them flame proof. You think you hate the mattress industry after buying a defective product, how does if feel to know that the mattress industry has conspired with the Consumer Product Safety Commission to put toxic chemicals in your mattress. Please take a look at my video and let me know what you think.

  • its not the famous department store's problem, its not thier warranty. its the manyfactuers warranty, your taking the wrong approach. if you want results, contact the manufatuer

  • Actually, in the mattress industry, it is the stores problem. most mattress stores in the US sell a mattress to a customer with the understanding the if there is a problem during the manufactures warranty, the store will handle the replacement. this is because if the consumer calls the factory, they will have to ship the mattress for inspection and pay for the shipping both ways. since the consumer bought it from a store, its the stores responsibility to take care of their customer
