Yes, we do make outdoor units, go into any 6-flags park and you will see our scrolling units in there. The outdoor units don't cost much more than the indoor units. The Scrolling unit in this video is a single sided 4ft(h) x 2.5ft(w) and the cost would vary based on the number of units you would buy. 1 unit would cost you about $1,650...with quantity, they get much cheaper per unit. As to a 12-v battery, i'm really not sure about that..they go into a regular 110V outlet.
There is really no limit. We are building a custom unit in Africa right now, which is something like 100ft x 50ft..this will consist of several very large units which will scroll in sync with one another. If you need a specific size, please e-mail me the dimensions and specify whether you want a double sided unit or not, and i will get you a price estimate.

boris do you do ones for outside to withstand rain wind etc.. and if so what would one cost roughly ?does it run of a 12 V battery
