I love that Robin knew he needed a singer and didn't try to do it himself . I've seen so many bands where that wasn't the case..and it ruined the whole vibe. Robin and James were magic together...plus, James' bass is killer!

looks like a pre 1974 Stratocaster without the bullet type trussrod at the nut. Maybe late 60's. In 80 Fender was close to shutting down to go to Japan, after 82 Fender changed the headstock slightly, looked like shit, curves weren't correct, then changed it back after 86 or so.

@StephenRedrobe Ha Ha a brown one! Actually allow me to shed some light on Ribin's secret...this is a "wooden Strat", (made of wood) and he uses a bank-o-pedals. he holds his mouth just right and also does not hold back on wattage to the speakers. He makeds his own music and doesn't rap much about it.

@libsstink100 Looks like Inca Silver or Shoreline Gold 1966 or 1967. Can't quite tell the color but the headstock is definitely '66-'67.
