This is one of the most beautiful sights in the world. It always looks like snow. It is a joy to participate...the police even hand out toilet rolls. We used to only roll Toomer's when we won "away" games, but now we roll whenever we win. This year Charmin has kept up with Auburn games since their stock has suddenly gone up.

According to the Auburn University Athletics website, Toomer's Corner was first known to be rolled with toilet paper around 1962 or 1963.

After Auburn wins a football game, everyone rolls Tooomers Corner. It originated around 100 years ago when students would run from the old train station to Hargis Hall keeping up with the score with ticker tape for a football game. If Auburn won, they would take the unused ticker tape and throw it on the trees letting the town know that Auburn had won the game.
