Here's what I don't quite understand. In a 10 mile radius north of my home there is 153 registered sexual offenders. (those are the registered ones) Many are child molestors , rapists and violent offenders. Most have served 1/3 the term given to them and they are back in neighborhoods.

Recently a rapists on the registry raped and murdered 2 sisters. He had already raped and was walking about free. Law enforcement and the judicial system has failed and continues to fail.The entire system a farce
