I am Mexican and live in San Antonio, TX. The only Mexican aspect of this meal is the tortilla. Even the tortilla is a flour tortilla (flour introduced by the spanish) which is not 100% Mexican. Real Mexican tortillas are made from corn. In addition, I've also studied abroad in Mexicó none of this food is Mexican. Mexican food looks much more appetizing in my opinion.
This is a Norwegian video. Some of the ingredients in the dishes are: **Dates with bacon, **Smoked salmon with a norwegian soft cheese and ginger on top, **Rømme (a norwegian type of Crème fraîche) with smoked ham, sundried tomatoes and rocket. -I guess you recognise the rest of the ingredients in the remaining dishes :)

However, I agree with you those are not tapas or pintxos by any means. Go to Donosti if you want to have some authentic stuff!
