i have an AT g35 and it can smoke any 6MT when its in tiptronic, faster shifts. makes sense with that much power, why do you think lambs and ferraris have f1 trannys with no clutches?

@crazybigball82 Not really the same at all. G35's manumatic is run through a torque converter which sucks some power and slows down the shifts when in "Manual Mode". A Ferrari uses a Double-Clutch gearbox that is much more efficient and allows for quicker shifts.

Yup I agree. I bought a g35 2 months ago and debated if I wanted a manual or auto. I went with auto bc of all the city driving I do. Actually, this was my first auto ever lol. I kinda like being able to eat a taco and text all at the same time while driving lol. I don't race either so no point on driving a manual anymore. My previous cars were 300zx's..

ok little lesson of history for you my friend. G35 is 100% Made in Japan and in no way is American manufacture. It was re-badged to Infiniti for western countrys. The real name of the car is Nissan Skyline 350GT, google it if you want to know more about an instant classic car...G35 aka Skyline 350GT :)
