  • are you greek?

  • yes

  • maybe its not bad quality. with these new lcd tv's u can see almost every pixels. and if the movie was'nt made with HD cameras than its worse

  • Look guys, there is no way the quality will be exactly the same, since you use double-layer DVD instead of blu-ray. That' s why blu-rays are considered better. Anyway, if you have a BD-Drive you can backup the movies to blu-ray as well, but that's more expensive. Just for the record, though, I have to point out that the quality is waaaay better than standard DVD quality and comes very close to blu-ray.

  • just tried DVDFab 8.x.x.x, it didn't work in nearly HQ as the blu ray or at least (MP4) HD, in fact it was more awful than blu ray to DVD, not sure if I done anything wrong. :(

  • @NightSociety I haven't tried this yet, but i am curious if you used a double layer DVD?

  • @asmcriminaL the backup mode is for DVD9 (double layer), i haven't backup to any discs, but preview/playback on local hard drive the quality is not good, besides no closed captioned either.

  • 7 hours?

  • depending on the processor but it will take time since blu ray movies are huge in size and need compression.
