I would never work in an office that can't provide me an office. That's crap. Just the speakerphone being too loud? How about a chatty cathy on her cell phone talking loud or just a loud talker on the phone speaking so loud the person on the other end of YOUR phone can hear her. lol Want more productivity? Get a real office for your workers. :P
