@ladyanaely I see no one in the video that doesn't have hair that is either short or tied back. I don't know where the video was made, but hair nets may not be required there.

as far as gloves, I would rather people that produce food on this scale do NOT wear them. Proper hygiene is key:it starts with testing food service workers for communicable diseases, proper grooming/nail trimming, scrubbing hands, and DO NOT touch anything that isn't sanitary. (even yourself!) gloves train poor habits.
