U don't have to read all the books but its well worth it!
The storys are great and the relationships between the characters are brilliant. Usually those are my least favourite part of any book so thats saying something.
MacBride is a real treaure in this genre for British writing.
Excellent author, excellent characters, gripping storylines. I even went on a two-day break to Aberdeen as a result of reading his novels. I did the same with Ian Rankin, though admittedly Edinburgh is slightly more tourist-friendly. Doesn't matter though, now I know where DS Logan McRae and his larger-than-life colleagues live and work! Brilliant stuff - keep it coming!
I cant wait to read it

My Favourite Novel Of All.
Love The Unrelenting Gore.
I hear a rumor that readers experienced nightmares and prolonged bed-wetting. Funny. That never happened to me. >:]
