  • ''our clients tend to disfavor being executed''.Eugene was the best, miss shows like these

  • Somebody can tell me what season and episode is??

  • And I think the world will learn that killing is wrong as soon as the criminals do.

  • @Lightner445555555555 then that means the world has no more wisdom than the criminals... do you believe that?

  • @drvn8 lol you just now figured that out?The world hasn't had any good qualities for quite sometime now.

  • Its just disturbing that murderers get to live while their poor victims have to be dead and rotting in the ground.

  • @Lightner445555555555 An eye for an eye turns the whole world blind. Two wrongs do not make a right. These are things we learn from infancy. The fact is, though, what would happen to murderers who get put on death row? They rot for the rest of their lives in prison with people who have commited similar wrongs against others. That living is not 'letting them live on'. That's their punishment, which they have to live with until their death

  • @smallral4 Arent you even the least bit disturbed that murderers get to live while their poor victims have to be dead and rotting in the ground?

  • @Lightner445555555555 A bit, but for me to demand blood wouldn't make me any better than the murderers themselves. The death penalty isn't even there for moral reasons. It's only there to stop the prison system from being overcrowded, while politicians can get bonus points (where it is acceptable) about being 'tough on crime'

  • @smallral4 It also guarentees that the murderers can never harm anyoneelse ever again!

  • @Lightner445555555555 Yes...Because locking people up for the rest of their lives, isolating them from law-abiding society and having their lives dictated by a small group of people doesn't restrict their actions at all.

  • @smallral4 That is the point. You take a life, then you shouldn't get the chance to live a full life.

  • i'm for the death penalty even with those points he raised in mind i just believe with the crimes some commit they don't deserve to walk the same earth and breath the same air as us....that is what i believe i dont always feel good about it i wish sometimes i had the same capacity for forgiveness and mercy as he clearly does but i just don't

  • @jimmy2k4o

I beleive that some people do deserve death, infact i beleive quite a few do, the world is not perfect and it always seems like these people get off easy, and sometimes they do, however some of them have problems, disorders, mental illness, others are slaves to emotions, while i agree they do not deserve life, and the best way would be to kill them, and like you i wish i could have that capacity all the time, however i look at it like this, what gives the state the right..

  • @jimmy2k4o ...to kill them? becasue their in charge? the state kills not for justice but to make the statement do this crime and you die for it, they have no emotional ties to the victims, people do, but if you let the families have retribution we all like to think its for justice, but it is for revenge, and no matter how much i hate these people i hate revenge being disguised as justice, if we must let them live, then let them rot, let them live like animals, but that's just my view

  • @MAnnaconduit1 maybe I feel okey about the state killing the person because because i'm an atheist and if the state doesn't have the right who does? not God because I don't believe he exists....people with mental illness should get treatment and help not prison or death but people who act on emotion should get the chair we all have powerful emotions but the vast majority of us are able to resist our primal urges because of our ability of our brains to reason and look beyond primal urges.

  • Why on Earth is there only one season of this show released on DVD!?!? I would imagine that most people would want the whole series, if not AT LEAST season 8.

  • The only thing missing was having all the judges wear sunglasses and slicked-back hair. I love when he quotes some press release verbatim; brilliant 'writing' -- !

  • I LOVE LOVE LOVE Boston Legal but can't decide whether i should watch The Practice or not dunno if id like it can somebody tell me about it how similar it is to boston legal if it has the same uno morality and relevence to current events anything you could tell me would be good
