Oh hey! Have you heard about - Supreme Panic Magic (just google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my m8 finally said ta ta the panic attacks with it.
i think i might have ptsd. i was thrown to the streets when i was 14 and were i was liveing when i was thrown out was not the best. the area i lived is called ose park in salt lake city utah. and im 19 now, and i was thinking im all fine im ok nothing is wrong. lately iv been streesed like hell. and when ever im out side smokeing and a carr drives y and stops i freak the fuck out. whats the best thing i should doto help out. iv told my mom who has ptsd and she told me i got it.
@dipinprint Get ahold of the book "invisible heroes" by Belleruth Naparstek. Also get the guided imagery tracks to listen to that should come with it. You've got to nip it in the bud, so to speak.
None of you have to live with this anymore. I used to be a victim of this and I know the frustration, embarrassment and fear that is involved. Please go to my site. You dont need to buy anything, I promise you its already been paid for fuentesevangelism-.-c-o-m-
it is a terriable feeling to get anxiety i have it right now n i go to the bathroom alot n i have to hold things like hug a teddy bear i try to put on my fav show n talk myself out of it i feel rocking my leg kind of helps and i drink water also i realize that has been helping with out me getting overwhelmed.. it is comforting to know other people deal with this problem but it sux and it is sad that we do.
I do not take meds now. I do not need them anymore. I have used the Belleruth Naparstek guided imagery recordings, and they changed my life! I highly recommend this for any trauma sufferers or even sufferers of anxiety and depression alone. You may search Belleruth on youtube as well.
You're video really made me feel good. I have a chemical imbalance in my brain, causing panic attacks like 3 times a day. I always feel alone because of it. I've had a tough life, and i like knowing im not the only one who suffers from these feelings.
I used to be able to deal with my stress/anxiety through bellydance. But since I work 2nd shift, and there are no classes during the day (I have to have others around me when I dance) I can't. It's very depressing that I can't dance.

I have stress and anxiety problems

I coined a phrase "I become anxious of the anxiety." I feared anxiety attacks which brought on anxiety. It was a horrible circle.

Panic attacks SUCK.
I walk. It's the only thing that kind of helps me... and also being in water...like taking a bath.
I enjoy your vids btw :).
