Those might work, the only down side I see is that, those are "active" night vision devices meaning they emit that IR light from the front. That means that any one from the opposing team should see your IR lights (using their NV devices) probably more easily than your figure, of course you can counter.
these are perfect for airsoft recon. they take videos and pictures. my friends and i go out in the woods for a weekend and we have a weekend long airsoft war and we camp out and while they sleep i sneak in and take video and picture intel. oh and i sabotage their weapons sometimes. when we jump them in the morning, they jump for their guns and when they pull the trigger, their batteries are gone.
@DAvidThEShanKA the mw2 set is worn on the head, these are more like binoculars that can hang from your neck. Same tech, just 2 different ways to wear them.... I like these for thier ease of on/off use
finally got my nvg lol is from spygear ultimate......the low beam of this is already damn powerful with the IR LED red lights sightly shown and the high beam u can literally see the red lights emitting out and is really bright that even my camera could only capture a really bright lights...the downside of my nvg was that it didn't have a colour change of the view instead it has a day view lol which I find it really funny because is just showing you what you can see with your naked eyes lol
say i have a peq box with IR lum... will that increase the range on these?

I have the mw2 nightvision goggles and they go up to 110 feet as it says on the goggles themselves. They are really nice and much better than this.

security nv cam for $40 and 3.5" monitor for $25, 30-50 feet outdoors. hook it up to deans and run it off 11.1v LiPo. NV for less than $100.
