as i saw somewhere else - if you dont pick the gt lm spec ii yourself, restart the race until you get a grid that doesnt have the gt lm spec ii near the top. its the fastest car and Alejandro94loppas wouldnt have catched it, cause its about a second faster each lap than the others. i myself caught the vette just after spoon in the last lap using the 750pp gt-r with no further mods on pro.

I did this race quite a while ago, but I remember the corvette being the easiest car to drive on professional for this race. I had faster lap times with the ford gt lm or whatever it is, but I had more consistent times with this car.

Nice driving. I have yet to do this race on professional myself, i just don't have the patience, i barely play it.

When i get a G25 (i hate the Sixaxis) i will have a go with your setup. The closest i got was with the GTLM, i think i came 2nd or 3rd. I got 4th with the Viper with a few mistakes where io went off the track, so i could probably improve with it.

I hate how the lead car gets too far ahead, you got to 2nd and it took another 2 laps just to close the gap...

God, i have the same car and I maxed it all out on that auto tune and the car flys on the back strech of dayotna, my top speed is around 230 MPH. Best car ive ever owned on this game

looks very unrealistic, no corrections at all on the steering, you either have traction control on very high or the physics are bad...

i was very gentle on the gas so the back end doesn't kick out much

Remember SegaRally in the arcades... Does a force feedback wheel give you a similar feel? I ask because the nerd in me has always dreamed of having one of those machines. If GT5 + wheel can match it, I'm in!

I don't really remember that game, but I bet it is better than the arcade. You can feel it through the wheel when you touch cars, tires start spinning, hit walls, drive over bumps, etc. It is pretty awesome.

I was thinking of merely being able to feel the changing grip level and maybe weight shifting, but all the extra stuff you mention does sound pretty cool.

Really looking forward to trying a GT game with wheel for the first time. I can tell you're able to put the car exactly where you want it (something I cannot do w/joystick). Nice driving. Nice Vid.

ya its lateral g (gravitational forces) being applyed to the car, the more g's the more grip you have.

great run.. get the ride height a bit lower and change the camber to 2.5 at front and rear.. it should give you more grip at the corners. 5 * anyway. ^^
