Great stuff man, I love the videos, just a few suggestions.

Make it a little more fast paced. People's attention span on the internet is very short. See if you condense your video, i think it'd get watched the whole way through more.

And get a little more personal, get your viewers involved. I know everybody does it now, but include a comment question of the day.
