You need at least 35kv and air mixed with the water vapour or you will get implosion. On the fist fire there is air and you get good thrust afterwards the air has been consumed and you get implosion.

we can see clearer on d internal combustion this way, but it doesn't seem strong enough to thrust a piston?
should we also add extra air and some hho to it?

Nice! You can calculate kinetic energy of a single highest jump and compare it to the elecric energy input.
