What he was looking at is the festival wristband, but I guess it was one of those unconscious gestures because he said "10 minutes". What I find funny is the part when he realizes that he's basically selling t-shirts to the crowd and suddenly stops himself. He seems kind of embarrassed like "wtf am I talking about?" (which is how I feel right now...)
