RNC opposes unions as a solution to the immigration problem. First you break the unions then you can bring wages down to match Mexico. That takes away the incentive for illegals.
The RNC panders to people who don't really work for a living. Their income is mostly capital-gains. Lower wages and benefits mean higher dividends. American worker's are just grist for the mill.
Yeah, and you know what? We need to close down the cameras in the House and Senate. And the voting record must not be seen by the voters.
If we don't do that then our representatives will be 'strongarmed' into making decisions. Voters can vote a the next election about how they 'feel' the congress did in representing them.
Another thing, corporate board rooms should have streaming video of decisions being made so that the Unions can make educated guesses when using their SECRET BALLOTS.
The secret ballot has ALREADY been taken away. Watch the "Secret Ballot in name only" clip on the right. If you still want a secret ballot stop employers from hiring professional union busters to find out how employees will vote on a contract.
The plumbers union always cries out that Republicans are the villains.
It was our own brother Maddaloni who ripped off 1.3 billion from the members and nothing happened. It is our own officers stealing from us not the Republicans, they try to distract members and lay the blame eleswhere.
They need to get rid of these old white fools who feel that it is their God given right to spend the money we work hard for!
"Labor is prior to, and independent of, capital. Capital is only the fruit of labor, and could never have existed if labor had not first existed. Labor is the superior of capital, and deserves much the higher consideration." - Abraham Lincoln
John Edwards said it best when he said "If you can sign a card to become a member of the republican party you ought to be able to sign a card to join a Union." Union solidarity forever!
Republican "principles" in the workplace: union-busting, no unions at Walmart, firing people just for being gay, letting bosses take away all their employees' manufacturing jobs w/o telling them WHEN it will happen in advance so they can prepare. Republicans have always been the party of big business.
Why is labor standing up for the free choice act? Because since the 1950's unionbusting has become a multi-billion dollar industry. Just research Jackson- Lewis or Littler-Mendelson. By the way companies and shareholders outspend labor unions in elections by a huge margin.
just what are republican principles?.when it came to equal protection .what about child labor laws?work site safety? please show us all how republican principles have helped the average american worker?
But they will all gladly take any donations, from the National Republican Senatorial Committee or RNC, generated from shaking down Corporate America with the use of these scare tactic ads.
You sir are an idiot. Outsourcing started LONG before Dumbya was elected. Face it you twit, the Unions are irrelevant. Keep drinking that kool-aid they are giving you, SUCKER!
People are smarter then that and the employee free choice act will help workers joins unions and keep employers like Wal-mart and Republicans who are funded by Wal-mart at bay. You are destroying the middle class and are not worried about the workers, you are worried about the CEO'S!
The Republicans reward the CEO's for outsourcing to countries like China and India that promote low wages, no benefits, and horrible working conditions. So, not only do they reward companies with tax breaks, they also reward them with taking advantage of people who have no choice but to work in these conditions. Yet, you claim unions and Democrats are a threat... look in the mirror..your big business tactics have created a global sweat shop.
My employer takes care of me. I don't need or want a union.

I'm willing to support this labor bill if labor unions help block amnesty. How about a deal?
