weak rails, the rail transition may well be smoother but the rails will also be a quater as strong or not even half if he's laminated both sides like that. and he will save basically no wieght.... flexy board, no thanks!

is six ounces of epoxy enough for 288 square inches of fiber glass?

You put both layers of glass on the board and then laminate with epoxy.

Its Resin Research Epoxy

You can buy EPS foam at home depot but its a much lower density, has poor bead adhesion, and only comes up to 2" thick. It will work though.

do you just put two layers down and epoxy the top. or do you glass a layer and then put another one on and glass that please help thanks

Im making a kiteboard, the core is wood I dont want the wood to show so im going to use colored epoxy. I want to put a rice paper design on it, would this work if I put it on top of all the glass, or would the color just hide it all?

I dont want to use any paint on the board because I will have to use a lot to hide the wood and Im afraid this might not let the epoxy stick to the board Help.......
