Still the saddest music from any video game ever (in my opinion). Together with the incredibly tragic atmosphere in this area the game creates a really unique feeling. I love this game.

Maybe Silent Hill 2 It deals with similar themes but it has a very different feel.

The only game I can think of with a similar feel is Bioshock 1

which has a really creepy atmosphere but deals with different themes.

But if you want a journey through someones subconscious Silent Hill 2

is pretty good.

If you want to feel surrounded by madness Bioshock 1 does that.

But sadly I've never played another game quite like Sanitarium.
