GQguy, she knows a lot about food, she had like an italian food show. She's travelled the world. She has roots in India and the US. And as a model, she's been to as many buffets, events and upscale dining as anybody else. Basically she brings a fairly refined sensible taste to the scene. The other judges on top chef have praised her palate, even though she has deprecated herself out of modesty. After two+ seasons of top chef, i think she's doing something right.

The ONLY thing this former model knows about food is from all the different sugar daddy's shes had who have taken her to fancy restaurants all over the world!!
