I'm interested in hearing your thoughts on how the song should be sang. I wasn't even changing it very much... the melody is exactly the same haha. But, please, I'm honestly interested.
I don't know if this is what moggigutte meant, but at the beginning the singing is a bit too fast and goes out of sync with the guitar. But the rest is pretty awesome!
I wrote a whole acoustic album when i was 17, and sold 10,000 copys in my home town. And my home town only has 30,000 people. It doesn't mean i was a talented guitarist, i was a talented writer.
I just don't think your opinion on his playing of a cover (that was barely run through), makes an accurate assessment of his playing on a whole. I'm going to just agree to disagree here.
She has skills as a singer , but her feeling sucks.

He's play the simplest version of the song and it's pretty sloppy. If he can't play a simple song smooth, i don't see how he can be good at guitar.
