I love how I wouldn't call this one of my favorite movies, and yet I find myself watching this over and over again, and sobbing like a baby at this scene every single time. ._.
I love how this movie is simple for a science fiction story, but has animation that blows your mind on an amazing level. One of the greatest films of all time.
@terkyblu Me too. The part that really gets me is that she had just regained her identity, she knew who Kenichi was again...then falls to her death. I hope that the robots were able to rebuild her as the ending suggests.
Omg this movie is so freaking awesome!!!! I remember watching this at like 3 in the morning with my brother a few years ago *sigh* the memories. We couldn't even pronounce the name we kept calling it metro lopolis lol.... Sorry, I just felt like sharing that for some strange reason....
The more I watch this part, the more I feel the song is very appropriate to this scene.
