Looks fun but the crowd is a little screamy, happy cheery for me. I'd end up turbo kicking someone right int he zebra striped arse.

That looks like a lot of fun, but the main instructor is kind of sloppy with her punches. Its like shes not punching shes just putting her arm out. Great energy though! Everyone looked like they were having fun, and thats what really matters.
