In 1953, BP wanted a monopoly over Irans oil. Muhammed Mosadeq, the leader at the time, was a proponent of democracy. He rightly decline BP's desire for a monopoly. Then Operation AJAX commenced (This is all declassified). US and British CIA, MI5 agents then caused terrorist attacks all over Iran (for instance, machine gunning crowds) all in the name of Mosadeq. Eventually, Mosadeq is overthrown and replaced with the SAVAK (Iran equivalent of German SS) to wreak havoc on the people for 20 years.

BP stands for Broken Promises... you killed 11 innocent men, now your killing the ecosystem the wildlife and everyones future... The LIES are as thick as YOUR OIL.
From Chron.com: Victims of the 2005 explosion in Texas City are pushing U.S. government prosecutors to withdraw a plea deal with a BP subsidiary and to criminally prosecute the oil giant’s British parent company for safety and environmental crimes that killed 15 people and wounded hundreds of others at that refinery – and for what victims’ attorneys call a pattern of unsafe practices that led to the Deepwater Horizon disaster in April.
Seeing all the hate you (BP) are getting why do you still try to use this tragedy as a way to get popularity on youtube?
Also as you can see most of the people on youtube, which has a free speech forum, you continue to ignore all the negative comments, and still continue to post videos here?
Delete your channel and use your resources to fix the problem, cause we all know the spill was done on purpose.
@Albanianator I agreed with everything you said until you got to the part where the spill was done on 'purpose' I DO NOT SIDE WITH BP EVERYONE KNOW THIS NOW
but they obviously didn't do it on purpose. What they DID do wrong was fail to respond quick enough AND make a stupid enough decision to think that this would never happen! I DO NOT SIDE WITH BP
@Albanianator BP's information campaign intends to provide regular updates and links to helpful resources to the public. Such communications are part of our efforts to keep you informed. Please be assured that no money used in our response communications will be taken away from clean-up, claims or any other efforts.
@CCProductions33 Another of which I just recently found out the term for. A "PLANT". Aparently that means a person who is typing comments to try to debunk the anti-BP campaign, WHILE BEING PAID BY BP!! Okay plant, BP MADE OVER 65 BILLION DOLLARS LAST YEAR ALONE OFF OF US. My business and the nation's overall economy was severely affected 2 years ago and nearly went under due to $4.00 a gallon gas prices. I have no sympathy for BP,I just care about MY PERSONAL ECONOMY more than BP.You screwed up.
@Stickalas Gas prices are too high. If one company is forced to lower their prices due to a boycott, then other companies would be forced to lower their prices. I'd buy BP gas if it was 50 cents or a dollar a gallon less than other fuel companies, but since it's actually a few cents higher, I will continue to BOYCOTT BP!!!
@kdavidmcd Okay, 1: Your youtube boycott will do nothing I assure you. 2. Gas and oil prices are set at the end of each day by analysing oil future exchanges and trade journals, meaning; prices are set by their MARKET VALUE, and not by the whim of any company executives.
@Stickalas It's not just a youtube boycott. I've convinced my friends and family not to buy gas from a BP station. There are two gas stations right next to eachother down the street from me. One is a BP station. At the other station, it's hard to find an empty spot to get gas, as opposed to the BP station being completely empty. Remember 2 years ago when gas was $4 a gallon? BP's PROFIT that year was $87 BILLION I believe, straight out of OUR POCKETS!!
@kdavidmcd Hopefully they'll recover, or that's my future pension fund in jeopardy ;) Also I have no concept of the value of a gallon of oil, a gallon is a ridiculous and unusable form of volume. Bloody yanks ;) Just kidding, you can keep your imperial units.
Also, BP produce a lot more than just consumer gasoline, you'll need to check all of your plastics, heating oil, gas heating and cooking, any flights you take might use BP oil, bitumen on the road. It's a lot of hard work going BP free...
@Stickalas yes the youtube boycott does work. Do you know how much money they spent on being a youtube partner, then making all of these videos? all of us are thumbs downing it to death so their money is WASTED!!! no one will watch them because the thumbs down is so low! Dont try to discurage us. it wont work.
@kdavidmcd BP stands for British Petroleum. So the company IS owned by British oil marketeers but that particular drilling station was run and operated mostly by Americans. The fault belongs to both. Faulty equipment supplied by the British but the American workers didn't take the action they were trained for until it was too late. The amount of oil in the ocean could have been greatly reduced if the work force had been more vigilant and reacted faster.

@BPplc Excuse me but we all know that you're not deleting comments because they are rude, but only because they are right and make you look bad....guess what you have nothing to worry about because there is no possible way that you can make yourselves look any worse. You have ruined our oceans and ecosystem, killed tons of wildlife and a few people. Give up! . It is such a ashame that you haven't all been put in prison for life. Go ahead and delete this just like every other true statement here.
We applaud BP's ingenuity, dedication and hard work toward solving this potentially catastrophic oceanic mishap and hope future efforts are equally successful, plugging the remaining holes where crude oil leaks are still a concern.
Hopefully soon, the disaster will be over and forgotten and our beloved BP can move on to other shores and other more profitable oil-rich waters in hopes to once again satisfy rich new undersea yields that will make both shareholders and gasoline users leap for joy!

Why did Halliburton buy the largest oil spill clean up company right before the oil spill?
