Home remedy for dry and flaky skin

@NottyAkiko: Install a shower filter in your shower. Get a filter system (REVERSE OSMOSIS) install in your sinks it is easy and basic to install. As soon as I started cleaning myself with clean water and drinking clean water, all the rashes, headaches my hair was smooth and other symptoms were gone. Make sure the Reverse Osmosis system has a Dow Filmtec membrane filter. Spread the word. Trust me my friend, God Bless you.

i never get the almond paste right. i have tried it thrice :-(....i soak whole almonds in milk for almost half a day and then i grind it...but it never grinds to the consistency as shown in ur video...

Am i missing anything?

Just wanted to tell you I have used this 3 times and even after the first time i noticed a defferance, only wish i found it sooner :)

My mask is a more yellow colour than yours though, you think i'm doing something wrong?? and i dont think i've mastered the almonds properly yet but stil it works :)
