@playboy458 When it comes to laptops, especially older ones, there is very little in the way of upgrading. The easiest solution would be to buy more RAM and have a computer technician install it for you.
@RTX94 thanks, so do you think that with a 1.73GHz Core Duo processor, 1gb of DDR3 RAM, no fraps, a stock 7400 will be running crysis at 25-30 fps with all minimum (less than 640x480 if necessary?)

I can run a dead rising 2 with 10-20fps,,, mafia 2 with 10-15 fps,,,, residet evil 5,,, at low settings,,, with 20-30fps,,,, soldier of fortune payback,,, with 20-40fps ... please upgrade your windows to windows 7 32bit with 197.55 nvidia drivers which can be downloaded at laptopvideo .....

@gtr500able This is Crysis running on minimum on my old laptop. Check out the newer Crysis running on PC. It's much better.

how much did you overclock?
I got a Go 7400 at stock, ran the demo only got around 15~20 fps.
yours looks pretty smooth even with fraps, nice.

My 7400 is oc'd almost as good as a standard 8600, and with that i was getting somewhere around 18-30FPS
