I think you are making a hasty generalization. If you read my comments elsewhere you'll find that my skepticism is generally leveled against the media and government. It's well known that the BBC help out the current government of the time.
In the UK every household (with a tv- which means practically every house) has to pay a tv license fee. This money goes to the government. Therefore the BBC is funded by the government and in turn the citizens - who I might add, hate this tax. Fines are big for evasion too.
The government funds juries, courts, law and order but this doesn't mean that all these things are corrupt.
The bbc is alot better than most corporate american news channels. There really isn't much different between a government funding tv or a single business owner, both need regulating.

Any censorship is unacceptable. However don't mistakenly believe that BBC censoring this implies that it is true. They could have thought it was okay to censor because she made a mistake in what she said, but still, no excuse for editing in such a way.

Besides, you can be sure that the original pages no longer exist as BBC often take videos off after a short time. Why only the bbc you asked? Is it not possible that the bbc were ordered to censor it by higher ranks due to the sensitivity of the information. Bit of a coincidence that she was murdered a week after this interview is it not? Just an opinion.

Particularly in the UK, you;'ll hear people say: "i'll believe it when the bbc state it." Don't get me wrong, BBC does some good programming with regards to nature, drama and comedy. However when it comes to documentaries or reporting on foreign policy and the royals its very manipulative, patronising and one sided ".

Thing is, We didn't have the ability to record and play back things 4 years ago unless you really went out of your way. So I guess they thought they could just edit the web interview and hope that people forgot or misheard. The government's are making mistakes left right and center these days and with the tech, they are finding it increasingly difficult to sustain the bullshit they provide.

I am in agreement that the edits are suspicious. I did express that I detected what I thought was an edit and an insertion of "Osama bin Laden" in the original statement. I guess I still see a minor jerkiness in the clip right around the time she says that. Still, it is quite minor, and it does seem that she said what the poster of this vid is claiming. Probably, I was wrong in my initial statements. But please, I'm not a "retard". No need for insults.

It's well known that the BBC help out the current government of the time.
In the UK every household (with a tv- which means practically every house) has to pay a tv license fee. This money goes to the government. Therefore the BBC is funded by the government and in turn the citizens - who I might add, hate this tax. Fines are big for evasion too.
