(I am not hard of hearing. ) On so many cell phones the volume does not go high enough. Phone was stolen from me last week. Looking for a replacement used cell RIZR Z3. i HATE this phone! i still have it right now. nobody should get it if they plan on having it a year or more. my center button fell off right away. along with the circle around the center button and the bar you use to open it!!!! it is the crappiest quality i've ever seen. not very durrable at all. not very good to text on either. very bad phone in my opinion. you'll regret getting it after a while..........

But what I hated the most was the crappy feeling of buttons while texting and the lag....omfg the lag was SO bad.... Worst phone i've owned. Even my older motorolla phone was better. This phone is a great buy! Ive had it . i now have an unlocked pantech matrix . im very clumsy and i drop my phone alot . but it survived . i would defantly buy this phone . the only cons are the reception and battery life . i think the battery life is a bit short . the reception is good, but you dont get reception in many places. i used to have a blackberry pearl, and i got reception on a train ., but no underground reception with this phone .!

I have the same phone. The reason I'm not as satisfied with it is because the memory actually is NOT as big as many phone's, and I can't make a song my ringtone even if its in MP3 format. The pictures you get are great for 2 megapixel, they look more detailed.

I really like this phone so far.. Its very versatile and great sound quality. Storage is very big when it comes to storing ringtones and videos. I do wish somehow there was a querty keyboard which kind of made me want the Samsung gravity more.

i have this phone, and i've had it since like april/may 07? its a good phone, but the keys are coming off at the front since they are only held on with glue (which sucks) so im getting a new one.

oh yeah, just one thing, after a while the buttons on the front of the phone start to freaking peel off! :o becuase it's only held with glue. But that hasn't happened to me until now, about a year since first purchasing this phone and using it daily.

I have this phone it is really durable with a loud speaker with a GREAT camera with flash that can be used as a really bright light. if you take a picture of a screen it will take a clear picture and some websites say this phone does not have digital zoom but it does. this phone is so durable it got ran over by a car and still works fine ( the screen COVER cracked but NOT the screen )

if you want a simple phone with lots of features this is a really good phone.

The user docs state that it accepts up to 2 GB. I'm assming it will either only recognise 2 GB of your card or it won't recognise the card at all..

@tatyana1223 - the battery life is good (but too much use of the phone (such as paying songs all day, taking pictures, and talking a lot) will greatly reduce the battery life - such as any other phone if you do the same thing - and you can set an mp3 as a ringtone ;)

Terrible phone. I liked it at first and I must admit that I do like the quality of music and videos for a phone but would not recoomend. The middle key pad button is glued on and will fall off at about 4-6 months. This is covered unfer warrenty and you will send the phone back. I sent the phone back and got a phone with a bad sd slot that failed with my sd card. I can no longer store anything or it will freeze for 5 minutes (literally) befre each use.

the Z3 u can use it world wide with any ( when its unlocked ) sim card and the Z6 u have to stick to the carrier i think. the Z6 has more memory but they both have room for a memory stick thing.
