  • Bring F1 back to its home in America!

  • @gzmendez I agree but it'll never happen while King Bernie is in charge. Unless a deal is done for a street race in somewhere like New York City where a decent crowds could be expected.

Places like Watkins Glen, Road America & Laguna Seca won't even get a look in as racing there wouldn't be financially worthwhile. At least Indianapolis had more than enough spectator capacity to make it somewhat viable.

  • Time to fire up Grand Prix Legends again.

  • 90,000 Crowd! on a Road Race! and Indy had huge crowds by itself. What in the WORLD happened to open wheel in America!?

  • Indy still had one of the largest F1 crowds anywhere this year. And, the Indy 500 still sold over 225,000 tickets to the Indy 500.

As for returning to the Glen -- if you can find a way to renovate the track, pay Bernie $10 million, and still turn a profit on the race, then yeah, return to the Glen.

  • I wish F1 would return to the Glen instead of racing at Indianapolis.
