I lived in Israel for 11 years as a kid, and while the Israelis, who are also middle eastern, did have a lot more fights break out in school than in the U.S., those fights were over quickly and weren't as vicious. After I came to the U.S, I saw that in middle schools and high schools here, people schedule fights, instead of starting them spontaneously.
