sure they are they all stand for something. The difference being each of those peices of paper has different values. A nationally accredited piece of paper like from uop is worth pretty much jack, while a regionally accredited piece of paper (what they give in real collages) is whats going to make the employer not laugh at you.

I go to school at penn state. And yes post secondary is a must as long as its regionally accredited.

lol not even an employeer? I don't work for the university kid. Most people going to the school have work experience are working adults that is the main reason they are hired. It will take time for online schools to be recognized. It is a business as well. I understand your frustration. But in our work I would much rather hire a u of p grad than a new kid out of university. If I had a chose between work experience and school alone. Other factors are important as well.

It more for ppl who want to move up but wayne Blessinger, grad of 2002 BSB/M (University of Phonenix) was accepted into law school in Riverside Calif. Many more such examples exist. I can go on for hours.

excuse the typo... degrees are just a method of getting an interview it is the had work at the job i'm looking for. degrees are meaning less. most things can be learned on the job. Uof P students are great employees they have something to prove and no chip on their shoulders like other Harvard grads. A degree is a degree. Its not like they just printed one out they did do some work for it.
