He's basically showing you that the things you can do on a desktop/laptop you can also do on the playbook. You can't do stuff like that on ipad's, none of those 5 dollar apple app's mean anything when you have fully functional internet.
@dieselmn89 thats the point to show off how the blackberry playbook works like a pc..you can use what ever you want..all they are doing is bringing it to you on a 7 inch 1024x 600 screen with dual core processors and hdmi out put...
@shadertest , because in the enterprise world XP is still the standard, most of the prominent development tools either don't work on win7 pro or certified for windows 7 to name a few Oracle 10g, TOAD etc. My company one among fortune 100 is kick starting the process some time around now.
