I completely agree with you. It's not about calling someone names or denigrating someone either, just let the facts speak for themselves. The Qur'an teaches in Sura 9:5 to "kill all unbelievers wherever you find them." Now, most muslims don't abide by that completely. However, they do accept and even promote the other jihadist muslims who do live by the sword. islam cannot be moderate. You'd have to throw out the whole Qur'an and Hadiths to reform islam.

Agreed. It was difficult to come to this understanding, too. I want to be openminded (as I am) about other peoples faith (free will), even tho Jesus is the Way, The Truth, and The Life. However, knowing what I know about islam wasn't simply from some Western Scholars who had the Qur'an interpreted for them... Arab scholars who've left islam and been reborn all state the same thing, too. Islam is evil and cannot be modified unless the Hadiths are thrown out along w/the Qur'an.

After you realize the meaning of that word, you will see that it is impossible to associate it with any kind of word that has negative meaning or creating the new word using "Islam" as the root and assign it a negative meaning. :)
