It's not a sticker. The logo was printed on transparency film and placed in-between the laptop and the plastic case around the laptop. The pressure holds it in place.
No, you don't need all three. They can be used individually. You can, for example use 2 SCS.3d with a standard mixer or use the SCS.3m with standard turntables or CD players. You can use a standard rig and just add one of each the units to it. In contrast, you don't have to stop at just three either. If what you want to do will require more of either unit, just add another. They fit together with magnets. If you check out the rest of the videos on the channel you'll see different types of uses.
I have been watching many videos on DaScratch SCS.3d. I am looking for a software to use. I will be using DaScratch's vinyl scratching feature a lot. But I have yet to see anybody scratch with Serato Scratch Live. I only see scratching being done with Traktor Pro. Can you scratch with Serato Scratch Live, or will I need to get Traktor Pro to use the vinyl scratch feature? Please Help. Thanks
I agree with the two comments above. So I made a video scratching on mine. A few things to keep in mind when you watch, (1)I can't scratch on records (2)I using the mouse to run the crossfader. No fancy soundcard and at 10 ms latency in Traktor and the SCRATCH feature is dead on. The start-up performance when you take your hand off or "let go" or the song is Truely AMAZING. No lag,no ramp up. Just perfect. Well done !!!!
Where did you get your sticker??

what is the difference between scs.3 and scs.3d
OllieTheWiseOne 2 years ago
SCS.3 or SC System 3 is the overall system name. The SC System 3 is comprised of the SCS.3d (deck) and the SCS.3m (mixer).

With scratchlive now having a sampler, will dascratch be able to handle of the midi functions?
djgutter 3 years ago
As long as you are able to MIDI learn these features DaScratch will be able to support them.

So far, no one has done a good demo of scratching. As soon as I get my hands on this I will upload a scratch video.
