Well in all actually there are 6 fights in total between Dante and Vergil (Nelo Angelo) The first two fights (ever:DMC1) are a draw since Vergil retreats after having beaten the crap out of Dante. The third fight Dante still did not technically win. Nelo sacrificed himself so that Dante would get the Sparda sword. The next three fights ever are in DMC 3. Vergil wins, Draw, and Dante wins. So it is, so far, 1-to-1 in the total victory scale. So I guess I'm a little confused by the description...
Really whoever says Dante and Vergil can't die are idiots. Just because they're half demon doesn't mean they can't die. No one knows if Vergil is actually dead after the battle with Dante in DMC. Two if a demon were to chop off Dante's head he would die which means he's not immortal. If you've actually played the game the creators never killed either of them off if anything Vergil is probably still in Hell as Nelo and jo027 Nero is not Vergil's fuckin son. You would know that if you played DMC4.
@Shenwoo05 In the novels it does hint that Nero is Vergil's son...although I hate that they would make up such bullshit, I mean Vergil impregnating a HUMAN woman?? Damn I think the day that actually happens might be the day Hell freezes over haha.

Damn CAPCOM, in the end they never even answer the very questions everyone has.. :/

(giving time to fix the shop and what-not)) So now 4, taking place between 1 and 2, could have happened any where between 5-20 years after the events of the first game. Nero grows up then?

Everything is right except for the part where he fights mundus. The creators never said he fought him. All we know is that mundus got control over him for all we know Trish may have distracted Vergil while mundus attacked and then took control of his to make him Nelo. Other than that your right.
