um, I don't see what you are seeing, maybe because I have had sheep for many, many years, but that sheep is not at all afraid; it is playing. Sheep play. All farm animals play. The sheep knows that dog personally. You would see an entirely different reaction if that was a strange dog. Not all animal behavior can be categorized into anti-predator, mating, breeding, competition etc, anymore than human behavior falls in to these limited categories. Thnk god that animals have a sense of humor, too
