man... this is someone sampling keshia cols this is not on the graduation album . all they did was sample coles voice cause shes on the new verion but she comes in towards the end so i think they sampled it

and speed it up to sound like it's somthing kanye would do but it's not even synced up right and it's all out of tune... so no this is home mande.
