I've never underrated it-but I think the Dead did. I'd have given my left cojone to have seen one of the 4 (?) times the Grateful Dead did it. I've heard the tape from Buckeye OH and it just shreds. This is a great version too though.

Saw him do it in Palo Alto in 78 and Orlando in 91 - sorry but I think Jerry only wrote and put out about 3 or 4 really crappy songs and Midnight Getaway has got be the worst . with Run for the Roses a close second . sorry to be an opinionated asshole sometimes .
