I appreciate your video and agree a lot of work is left to be done. However, STL has had its 1st growth rate in the last 9 years since 1950. Small increase of just over 2%, but growth at any rate. I left in 2000 vowing not return, I now live in NY and cannot believe all the great changes happening in STL. Yes, Detroit is far worse and they have a county tax base, which sadly STL does not have. Which is unfortunate. I'm considering moving back-unsure.
