I mean if i have a weight advantage and a muscle advantage, i guess all that is left is skill right. I run cross country too along with workout so little of my weight is body fat.

@zander798 and skill is the reason you would not be able to take one of these guys, they train for hours on end to become beastly fighters, unless you also train mixed martial arts daily like they do or you have some type of insane natural killer instinct, then your "muscle advantage" will mean nothing. And little to no body fat isnt always a good thing, you,ll sink in water faster :)
